Appointments and Deposits
Appointments require a deposit to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total service cost.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No-Show Policy
Clients who fail tp appear for their scheduled appointment without notice maybe charged up to 100% of the scheduled service cost and maybe required to prepay for future bookings.
Travel Fees
Additional travel fees may apply depending on location and will be disclosed prior to confirming the appointment.
Payments
Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, venmo, cash app, or pay pal.
Payment is due at the time services are completed.
Satisfaction Policy
If you are disatisified with your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can be address your concerns.
Healthy and Safety
Services may be refuses if scalp, skin, or nail conditions are present that could affect the safety or quality of the service.
Liability
Dawn By Dezign is not responsibile for allergic reactions or sensitivites to products used unless the client has disclosed known allergies in advance.

At Dawn By Dezign Mobile stylist, we are committed to delivering high-quality beauty and grooming services. Due to time, products, and personalized nature of our services, the following refund policy applies.
Service Refunds
All completed services are non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48hrs of your appointment. We will review your concerns and when appropriate, offer a complimentary adjustment of touch-up.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
Deposits sre used to reserve your appointment time and are applied toward the total cost of your service.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice may have their deposit transferred to a future appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, will forfeit the deposit.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates and prepaid packages are non-funable and may not be redeemed for cash.
Special Circumstances
Refund requests due to allergic reactions or product sensitivities will be evaluated indiividually. Clients are responsible for disclosing known allergies before service.
